Cancellations and refunds of specific donations after being processed are not available with Prerona. The donors understanding and acceptance are expected that all donations processed on the website are final, therefore the provision for a donor to claim a refund for a donation is allowed. Prerona does not process refunds or reimbursements for amounts donated through the website.

Policy for Cancellation of Recurring donations:

As regards the cancellation of recurring donations, the donor should inform  Prerona of their intention to cancel recurring donation with the following advanced notice:

– For monthly donations: please inform us at least 15 days before the upcoming date of collection of the following scheduled donation.

– For Yearly donations: please inform us at least 30 days before the upcoming date of collection of the following scheduled donation.

To cancel a Recurring donation, it is necessary that the person should communicate with Prerona through email, at preronasds@gmail.com., following the advanced notice timeframe indicated above and specifying in the subject —  [REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF RECURRING DONATION TO PRERONA.]
